Dead branches falling on us

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9759320.

Whilst sitting in our garden throughout the last few days dead branches have been falling off of the enormous oak tree overhanging our table whilst we are sitting here. I need to report this as an emergency as we will be having children in the garden in a couple of days I can’t seem to load a photo for some reason I am also emailing you
