Steel Bollard

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9763561.

One of the steel bollards on the pavement at this location has been struck by a vehicle and is now leaning badly. There is also concrete debris and a small hole in the pavement where it has been uprooted.
