March 2024 the previous mature tree was removed and a sorbus incana was planted in its place. This was a like for like replanting. It has subsequently died and needs to be removed. Please consider replacing the tree with for example a flowering cherry since the sorbus incana sheds berries and my neighbour suffered the expense of carpet replacement due to the staining caused by the tree berries. What ever your decision please do not replace with sorbus incana.
