Rubbish / recyvle box and bin dumped

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9770982.

Rubbish / recyvle box and bin have dumped on a small green area - which has been prone to fly tipping. It has been like this for about 3- 4 months. It looks disgusting and is attracting flies / foxes.
