The hedge to the block of outside 64-66 Maberley Road is overhanging the pavement. Effectively blocking roughly half or a third of the pavement.

I quote address as 64-66 Maberley Road as this hedge belongs to the block of flats there, found at rperit pin location, and may be a managed block of flats.

As I'm uncertain who to owns or maintains that block, I report this to Bromley Council.
