Litter on pavement and in gutters

Hello, I have already reported on Thursday that the cleaning of the milestone road SE19 had been neglected for some time with litter on pavement and in gutters. I had sent pictures on the fixmystreet app. You responded on Friday that the problem was 'fixed' when in fact I see no changes even as of today. There is even brocken glass on the pavement and on the road which is dangerous especially that people including children are wearing sandals at the moment because of the weather. This morning there was even a bag of refuse split open and spilling over. Your online schedule claims that the top of milestone road is cleaned daily, and the lower section of milestone road done weekly. As a resident of milestone road I can confirm it is never cleaned as per schedule. all too often we have to do our own litter picking. could you arrange for a thorough clean up of both pavement and gutters please?
