Young tree on Fashoda road
Reported via desktop in the Young Tree Requires Maintenance category anonymously at 19:18, Monday 13 July 2026
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9780474.
This tree outside 48 Fashoda is quite brown. We are not sure if its just the heat or tree fungus, I watered it once but someone from the council stopped to look at this evening but I didn't have a chance to ask about it.

Thank you, It needs plenty of water, cant give it to much at the moment. We kindly ask all residents who are willing and interested to water trees in addition to our crews who water them in the summer. Simple weeding and mulching around the base of the trees using the material immediately around the trees will also help increase their chances of survival and good growth. Planting bulbs or annual flowers is also ok. Please take all required precautions. See more info at Tree Friends (bromley.gov.uk) and Arboricultural Association - Watering young trees in dry weather
