Barbed wire fallen from fence and lying across footpath

Running from the Nash direction to Jackass Lane along the footbath shown, I was tripped up by barbed wire which had fallen from the fence on the left side. This caused the injuries seen in the photo. We pushed the wire back on to the fence, but this fence needs checking to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
